Q2: Is my product guaranteed?
RiteHobby.com guarantees our product quality and your satisfaction. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within
30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (plus tax if applicable), or
credit or replacement. For more detailed information, please see the warranty
for the merchandise return and exchange policy.

Q3: What are required to return the products?
Within the 30 days of your purchase, you can return the products to us for refund of the purchased price (plus tax if applicable), or credit or replacement. You need the following to return a product to us:
(1) Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Which you can get by Requesting RMA online.
(2) A copy of the invoice with the order number you.
After you got the RMA number, please pack your product safely and use a reliable shipper to return the products to us at:

We will process your return request with appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit. IF the return is caused by our error or defective products, we will pay for the shipment to send you the replacement. If there is no error on our part and product is not defective, we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

Your Orders placed online at RiteHobby.com Sunday through
Thursday are processed and forwarded to shipper within 24 hours of receipt of
your order. Orders placed after 1:30 PM Pacific Time on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will
be processed first thing Monday morning.
For our grand opening, we offer flat rate shipping for only $3.99 for all size orders. We will ship your order by USPS or Fedex depends on the package size or your shipping address.
